TinaHL only uses personal information needed to receive, answer and follow up an enquiry.

Quote requests

When direct quote delivery is active, information from the form is sent through a server function to the email address TinaHL uses for customer enquiries. If direct delivery is temporarily unavailable, your own email application may open as a fallback.

Email delivery

Direct form delivery is prepared for Brevo as the email provider. TinaHL does not store form data in its own web database. The email provider and the recipient’s email service may process the information to deliver the message and protect the service from misuse.

What information can you provide?

Examples include name, email address, phone number, area or postcode, cleaning service, approximate home size, property type, preferred frequency and an optional message. Do not send passwords, card details, personal identity numbers or other sensitive information through the quote form.

Spam and security protection

The form uses technical controls to reduce automated misuse and unreasonable requests. These controls are intended for security and delivery, not profiling.

Hosting and technical data

The website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Hosting and security systems may process technical connection data needed to deliver and protect the website.

Analytics and cookies

The website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand overall use and improve the site. Analytics only loads after the visitor actively accepts analytics cookies through the consent control. Visitors can choose necessary functions only and can reopen cookie settings later.

Retention and contact

Email enquiries are kept only as long as needed for customer contact, follow-up or legal obligations. When the final legal business information and permanent contact channels are ready, the responsible party and full contact details will be published here.
