- Clean worktops and sink
- Cabinets and drawers as agreed
- Hob, oven and appliances within the agreed scope
- Visible skirting, doors and details
- Floor
Bathroom
- Basin, toilet, shower or bath
- Mirrors and visible surfaces
- Cabinets and storage as agreed
- Floor and floor-level details
Other rooms
- Vacuum and clean floors
- Wipe skirting boards, doors and accessible surfaces
- Wardrobes or storage as agreed
- Review visible marks and details
Before the day
- The home should be as empty as possible
- Defrost/freezer arrangements if interior cleaning is included
- Water and electricity must remain available
- Keys and access should be agreed clearly
- Window cleaning should be specified in the quote
